Most staff were friendly, elegant rooms. 5 mins walk to the center. Plus, it's 600 feet of the lake. It offers reasonable prices.

Nice base for exploring Venice. The reason we really enjoyed it was fantastic facilities and staff. We were offered eggs, breads and fruit in the morning;))
